RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Yoga Soul Ph, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or faulty

  • The item received is incorrect or not what was ordered

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 7 days from the date the item was received.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and activewear must be returned unused and in original condition.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

If a replacement is preferred, it will be processed once the returned item is received.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number (If provided)

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Reason for return or refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

7. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Act of the Philippines, which allows refunds, replacements, or repairs for defective or misrepresented products. This policy does not limit your rights under Philippine consumer laws.
